Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Intellipaat.
Software Engineer
First, there's an online coding test, which will be based on Java and the questions were average difficulty. After that, there's a group discussion and a technical interview. Then they start selecting, that's it. Overall, the experience was nice.
- Do you have questions based on your resume?
- Can you tell us about your technical knowledge?
- How are your communication skills?
Software Engineer Intern
The first step was a coding round where I had to solve two coding questions, one easy and one medium, plus 15-18 MCQs on CS fundamentals. Then, I had an interview round with an interviewer who asked three coding questions, ranging from easy to medium difficulty, and also asked questions about CS fundamentals. The last round was an HR round where they asked about my family background and my knowledge of the company.
- Can you find the middle element of an array?
Software Development Engineer
I interviewed for the Software Development Engineer role. The interview process included a recruiter call, phone screen, technical screen, and an onsite interview. It concluded with a background check and an offer. I'm disappointed not to be selected for the business development executive role, but I'm grateful for the experience and remain committed to pursuing growth opportunities.
