Data Analyst
The interview process was well-structured and professional. It started with an HR screening, then moved to a technical round where they tested data analysis, SQL, and problem-solving skills. The final stage involved discussing project experience, business understanding, and cultural fit. The interviewers were nice, clear, and supportive throughout.

Data Engineer
It was a 3 round process. The first was a Python SQL fundamental Coding round. Second was a technical interview one to one where they asked about myself, an SQL JOIN question, a puzzle, and about AWS. The third round was with HR where they asked about myself, my projects, a scenario based question, some 'faltu ka gayan', what I know about the company, and if I had any questions for them.

- Can you answer an SQL JOIN question?
- Have you solved any puzzles?
Microstrategy Developer
The interview process involves one or two technical rounds and an HR round. My interview experience was positive, and the interviewer seemed to have about 3 to 4 years of experience. My tip to succeed is to prepare specifically for the topics and technical skills the company is looking for, rather than just what you already know. Really listen to what the HR person says during the first call and focus on those areas (she mentioned SQL, RSD, schema objects, and public objects).

- Can you explain Prompts and Filters? And attributes?

Senior Executive
I had a great experience with the interview process. The recruiter directly contacted me from the company and provided a clear explanation of the position, location, roles and responsibilities, and salary flexibility. Everything was well communicated upfront. The process moved quickly: L1 Technical Round: This round was conducted immediately after the initial call by an assistant manager. It lasted about 30-40 minutes and included an in-depth discussion about my previous experience and detailed technical questions regarding the tools and technologies I’ve worked on. The interviewer was very knowledgeable, making it a solid technical discussion. L2 Managerial Round: Within an hour or two of completing the technical round, I was invited for the managerial round, conducted by a senior manager. This round covered my work experience, tools and technologies I’m familiar with, and also included behavioral questions and a brief discussion about my family background. The feedback was prompt, and I was informed about my selection within 10-20 minutes after the round. Since my interviews were on a Saturday, the HR discussion took place on Monday. The HR team was straightforward, and they offered the salary I was aspiring for without much negotiation. Overall, the entire process was quick, smooth, and very well-coordinated. The quality of the interviews was top-notch, with insightful discussions and a focus on both technical and personal fit. If you're looking for a professional and fast-paced interview process, this company is doing it right!
