The interview process was well-structured and professional. It started with an HR screening, then moved to a technical round where they tested data analysis, SQL, and problem-solving skills. The final stage involved discussing project experience, business understanding, and cultural fit. The interviewers were nice, clear, and supportive throughout.

The interview process was good, but they ended up rescinding offers for nearly 300 students, which is really bad management. They've messed up the lives of about 300 students. Infocepts doesn't have any projects, so I wouldn't recommend this company to freshers or experienced people.
