First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at InfoCepts.
Data Analyst
The interview process was well-structured and professional. It started with an HR screening, then moved to a technical round where they tested data analysis, SQL, and problem-solving skills. The final stage involved discussing project experience, business understanding, and cultural fit. The interviewers were nice, clear, and supportive throughout.

- Did you get any puzzle or sql query questions?
Data Analyst
First they look at your resume, then there's a technical round, and finally an HR round. Depending on how many years you've been working, you might get asked questions about MSTR. Make sure to only talk about what's on your resume. HR will tell you when you're done.
- What are Intelligent cubes in MSTR?
Data Analyst
The interview process was good, but they ended up rescinding offers for nearly 300 students, which is really bad management. They've messed up the lives of about 300 students. Infocepts doesn't have any projects, so I wouldn't recommend this company to freshers or experienced people.
- Can you explain Python and SQL?
- Tell me about your projects.
