I had a great experience with the interview process. The recruiter directly contacted me from the company and provided a clear explanation of the position, location, roles and responsibilities, and salary flexibility. Everything was well communicated upfront. The process moved quickly: L1 Technical Round: This round was conducted immediately after the initial call by an assistant manager. It lasted about 30-40 minutes and included an in-depth discussion about my previous experience and detailed technical questions regarding the tools and technologies I’ve worked on. The interviewer was very knowledgeable, making it a solid technical discussion. L2 Managerial Round: Within an hour or two of completing the technical round, I was invited for the managerial round, conducted by a senior manager. This round covered my work experience, tools and technologies I’m familiar with, and also included behavioral questions and a brief discussion about my family background. The feedback was prompt, and I was informed about my selection within 10-20 minutes after the round. Since my interviews were on a Saturday, the HR discussion took place on Monday. The HR team was straightforward, and they offered the salary I was aspiring for without much negotiation. Overall, the entire process was quick, smooth, and very well-coordinated. The quality of the interviews was top-notch, with insightful discussions and a focus on both technical and personal fit. If you're looking for a professional and fast-paced interview process, this company is doing it right!
