Associate Consultant
The interview process started with an aptitude test, which was quite difficult, taking 40 minutes for 40 questions with no negative marking. My analytical skills and some luck helped me pass. The first round was an HR and Analytical Interview. I was asked 3 analytical questions and 2 puzzles, which I answered correctly. Then, they asked a few questions about me, my strengths, weaknesses, salary expectations, and MBA plans. The second round was with a Senior HR. I was asked to talk about myself, my background, and interests for about 7 minutes. Then, I was given a blank sheet and asked to describe my daily routine, which I wrote in a tabular format. After that, technical questions were asked, including binary to decimal and hexadecimal to binary conversions, and the difference between ROM, RAM, EPROM, EEPROM, and FLASH. I was also given a puzzle with a mathematical derivation. Some GK questions about current affairs were asked, and I could answer the one about the dollar-rupee scenario. I was asked to speak about myself beyond my resume, and then perform verbal calculations like 62% of 380, 45*38, and 37*54. Finally, I discussed my project and its applications and asked a question about the company's work in the telecommunications sector. 5 out of 249 students were selected.

It was a 4 round process. First was an aptitude test (40 questions, 40 mins) covering Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, English, and Quants. Next, an analytical interview with 4-5 medium-difficulty puzzles. Then, an HR interview focusing on my interests, hobbies, and personality. Finally, a Managerial round where they asked about my college projects and used situation-based questions, like how I'd handle team members not contributing.
- Can you explain how to get exactly 6 litres of water using only a 9-litre container and a 4-litre container?
Associate Consultant
The interview process was pretty consistent across rounds, with only minor adjustments made at the last minute. All of my interviews were conducted over the phone. Things went smoothly. Compensation is standardized based on experience. There were four rounds in total, although others might have more. The HR representative was polite, even when stating inaccurate information.
- Can you explain the IS workflow?
