Behavioral Technical Case

I went through 4 interviews for this role, each lasting at least an hour and a half. Overall, it was an interesting experience, and they asked some questions about my career, my motivation for joining inetum, and how I handle complex projects.

I had a recruiter chat, then an interview with the AI manager, and a visit to the facilities (Fablab). I got an offer, but it was 5K less than what we agreed on in the first two interviews (which was already 5K less than what I initially asked for). The HR person feigned ignorance. I refused it on principle but mentioned I was still okay with the initial proposed salary. Then I was ghosted. After such a long process, it's not right.

Behavioral Technical

I went through an HR call, then a technical interview, and finally an interview with the client. It felt like they were using me and other candidates to negotiate with clients, even though they hadn't secured the deal yet. They had told us we were part of the staff, but most of us weren't, and two of the people involved were junior developers.

Behavioral Technical

I had an initial pleasant contact via LinkedIn with a recruitment manager. She was available and friendly. The offered salary seemed attractive: 85K to 105K annual fixed. A second interview was organized with a department manager. The recruitment manager indicated it wouldn't be a technical interview but more of a get-to-know-each-other session to provide more details about the mission. However, the second interview didn't match what was announced: no concrete client need was presented. It turned out to be a proactive recruitment for future missions due to a growing need in GenAI implementation. A technical profile was present, not to give technical details about the mission as expected, but to conduct a technical interview that wasn't on the agenda. The interviewers were nice, but there was an issue with internal organization/communication, to say the least.
