First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Inetum.
Recruitment Specialist
The process was well-executed and pleasing. It was quite short, which is super important nowadays. I got a good sense of the role and the team's vibe, which hopefully reflects reality. We might even work together in the future!
- What are your areas for improvement?
Recruitment Specialist
Had a first phone screening with HR, then an in-person interview with 4 people one after another: an HR person, 2 sales reps, and finally a Director. The interview started with a test of 50 logic/knowledge questions that had nothing to do with the job, which I had to answer in 15 minutes. I had a good chat with the HR person and the 2 sales reps. However, the director was very condescending and belittling. He even offered me a Sales Assistant position (was this a trick to see my reaction and my true interest in the Recruitment Specialist role?). Anyway, I was there for almost 2 hours in total, and the conclusion was that I didn't have enough technical knowledge for the job. I haven't heard from them since, despite my follow-ups.
- What kinds of profiles have you recruited?
Recruiter
The recruitment process was transparent and fast. I felt heard and like I belonged to the team. They explained the challenges of recruiting from the start, like following up with leadership throughout the process.
- How many open positions do you handle per week?
