Behavioral Technical Case

First, there's an initial screening to check qualifications and skills. Then, you'll have some deep dives into your experience and how you handle things behaviorally. You might get technical tests or have to answer situational questions. The final part usually involves meeting the main team folks, reference checks, and if it all goes well, you'll get an offer where you can negotiate and then start onboarding.

Case Behavioral

I went through what was probably the worst recruitment process ever. It had 4 stages, each an hour-long interview. After completing the first three, the manager told me I was selected and a good fit. I was supposed to have a final confirmation interview, but I've heard nothing back since, despite trying to contact them multiple times. This really shows the company culture, their commitment, and responsibility.
