I went through an HR call, then a technical interview, and finally an interview with the client. It felt like they were using me and other candidates to negotiate with clients, even though they hadn't secured the deal yet. They had told us we were part of the staff, but most of us weren't, and two of the people involved were junior developers.

I recently interviewed at Inetum. It started when the HR person reached out on LinkedIn because I was looking for new jobs. We had a first phone chat about my background. Then, we set up an in-person meeting with HR where they asked about my past work, my experience, and why I'm job hunting. After that, I had to do a Codingame test. Then, a technical interview with an expert from the company was scheduled. Finally, I got a job offer, but the salary wasn't quite what I was hoping for. I tried to negotiate, but we couldn't agree. Even so, it was a good experience with Inetum. I'd recommend them for their professionalism, both HR and technical sides.

So, it started with a call from the HR person who found me on LinkedIn, then I had a chat with two managers where they asked me some tech stuff and also tested my behavior. The last interview was where they laid out the job offer. They really want someone who's solid on the tech side but also has good soft skills, like handling stress, knowing their career goals, communicating well, and being a good team player. In today's world, being a developer is more than just coding alone; it's about having both hard and soft skills, especially when working with clients and other team members.
