Research Intern
After you apply, there's an initial screening to check if you meet the basic requirements. If you pass that, you'll have one or more interviews to test your technical skills, how you solve problems, and if you'd fit with the team. Some candidates might meet with senior leaders before a final decision is made to ensure you're a good match for what the company needs and how the team works.

It was a surprisingly comfortable and pleasant experience. From the first moment, the interviewer created a relaxed and trusting atmosphere. The conversation flowed naturally, without uncomfortable questions or moments of forced silence. It was an honest and productive chat, which allowed me to show my skills and, at the same time, feel valued and respected as a professional.

Compliance Officer
The interview process was pretty straightforward. There were two main stages: the first was with the department heads, and the second was with the Deputy General Manager. They asked behavioral questions, assessed my fit for the role, and delved into my background. Although the interview was in English, they wanted to see how well I could speak Chinese.

Credit Analyst
You'll start with a quick 10-15 minute pre-screening call to see if you're interested and a good fit. Then, there might be a technical or skill assessment, like tests or assignments if it's relevant. After that, you'll go through a few interview rounds: first, an HR interview focusing on behavioral questions and cultural fit, then a technical interview to check your skills and expertise, and finally, a leadership interview to make sure your vision aligns with theirs.
- Could you tell me about your work experience?
- What led to you not achieving top performance in your previous positions?
