So the whole process started with a few tests, like an attitude test, an IQ test, and a numerical test. After that, I had an HR face-to-face interview. Then came the department interviews where they assessed my technical skills and statistical knowledge. Finally, there was a group discussion where we had to work on a case study about a sports firm and figure out how to solve the problem they presented.
