I applied online through the website and it had three parts. First, an online assessment that was standard and took 1.5 hours. Then, an HR interview for 30 minutes where I had to do a self-introduction and walk through my resume. Finally, a manager interview with 3 interviewers for 1, where they asked why ICBC, why me, and we did a structure interview that included an impromptu speech. They also asked about my past internship experience and a thing that encouraged me most.
