Actuarial Analyst
We had three total rounds of interviews. First, there were two phone screens. One was with HR and the other was with someone from the actuarial team. Then there was a final interview day where I had 4 interviews: three with managers, and then a final lunch interview with two analysts that was mostly informational.

Customer Service Representative
The interview experience was pretty good, not gonna lie. They asked some behavioral questions, and the interviewer was nice and easy to talk to. They focused on how I'd handle specific scenarios and asked about my relevant experience. Also got some info about the company and what the job is all about.

Digital Communications Specialist
Got contacted by a recruiter about 1.5 months after applying. We talked about job responsibilities and pay. They were upfront and said things should move fast, which was nice. Then I had a 30-min video call with the hiring manager, followed by a 30-min video call with two team members. The final round was another 30-min video call with three other team members. They kept me updated throughout the whole process.
- Describe how you manage competing priorities.
