Content Specialist
So I went through this interview process, and honestly, it felt like a complete waste of time. They seemed really indecisive, changing their minds on things like the budget and who needed to approve stuff. I made it all the way to the final round, and I was just waiting for them to send over the offer, when suddenly they told me the role was on hold. It's ridiculous! I wouldn't recommend interviewing with this company at all. They have no integrity and clearly don't respect people's time or the effort they put in.
- Can you walk me through how you'd approach launching a new product?
Software Engineer
The interview process was pretty good. It started with an aptitude test, followed by an HR round. Then, there were two technical rounds, L1 and L2. In the L1 round, they went over my technical introduction and asked questions based on my skillset and resume. The L2 round was similar, but it included more managerial and fit-based questions, along with some technical ones. I think the interview goes where you steer it, so it's best to stick to the skills and projects you're comfortable with to avoid stumbling.
- Given your background in ML, can you explain what SVMS are?
- Could you differentiate between supervised and unsupervised learning methods?
- Implement the bubble sort algorithm in code.

So, the hiring process here is pretty thorough, designed to get the best people. First up, we have a quick call, just a telephonic interview to see if you're basically qualified and communicate well. If that goes well, you'll then have an HR interview where they'll check out your background, see how much experience you have, and how you might fit with our company culture. After that, there's an assessment round. This is where you'll do some tests, maybe aptitude, maybe technical, or even a case study, just to gauge your problem-solving skills and how much you know. Nail that, and you'll move to the manager interview. This is a one-on-one chat with the hiring manager to really dive into your skills, see if you have leadership potential, and how you'd handle actual work situations. Once you've passed all those stages, we get you started with onboarding, which is all about getting you settled in with company info, paperwork, and orientation so you know the ropes.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- What did you do last Sunday?
- Could you discuss your past projects and any internships you've completed?
Korean Speaker
First, you'll have a quick chat, like 15 to 30 minutes, with someone from recruiting or HR. They'll wanna know about your background, what you've done before, what your salary hopes are, and when you can start. They might also ask some basic behavioral stuff. After that, if it goes well, you'll have a more in-depth talk with the hiring manager or maybe some team members. This part is all about your skills for the job, projects you've worked on, and how you tackle problems. They could use the STAR method for situational or behavioral questions here.
- Can you tell me about your ability to speak Korean?
