The interview process was pretty good. It started with an aptitude test, followed by an HR round. Then, there were two technical rounds, L1 and L2. In the L1 round, they went over my technical introduction and asked questions based on my skillset and resume. The L2 round was similar, but it included more managerial and fit-based questions, along with some technical ones. I think the interview goes where you steer it, so it's best to stick to the skills and projects you're comfortable with to avoid stumbling.

It starts with a HackerRank online assessment, which you have to do on your laptop. If you pass that, you'll go through 2 technical rounds, a managerial interview, and an HR interview. After clearing the online test, there's an L1 round, then an L2 round with Technical questions and Project specific discussions with the Manager, followed by HR, and then you're done.

This was a total time waste, though the HR did coordinate well and the process initially seemed smooth. The interview panel was pathetic and seemed least interested. They joined 10 mins late and finished within 20 mins. One interviewer joined via mobile and their voice was not clear. They only asked 5 questions and didn't seem interested in the answers, making it feel like they had already decided not to hire me. When I tried to ask about their project and role, they bluntly refused to share any details, saying HR would let me know. It felt like they had lost their mental stability.
