I had a recruiter call me for a phone screen. After qualifying, the recruiter scheduled an interview with the Hiring Manager for an hour and a half from our call, which was my only availability that day, leaving me little prep time. I received company info and questions to prepare. The hiring manager interview started as a video call; he seemed uninterested and dozed off. When I answered his questions, he was unhappy my answers didn't match his. He told me to prepare again and they'd reschedule. I haven't heard back since, despite following up. Unprofessional, especially considering the company's good reviews and employee tenure.
