So, the hiring process here is pretty thorough, designed to get the best people. First up, we have a quick call, just a telephonic interview to see if you're basically qualified and communicate well. If that goes well, you'll then have an HR interview where they'll check out your background, see how much experience you have, and how you might fit with our company culture. After that, there's an assessment round. This is where you'll do some tests, maybe aptitude, maybe technical, or even a case study, just to gauge your problem-solving skills and how much you know. Nail that, and you'll move to the manager interview. This is a one-on-one chat with the hiring manager to really dive into your skills, see if you have leadership potential, and how you'd handle actual work situations. Once you've passed all those stages, we get you started with onboarding, which is all about getting you settled in with company info, paperwork, and orientation so you know the ropes.
