HR contacted me for an initial interview. I was sent English and psychometric tests. Then I had to go in person and had an interview with the project/product manager I would be working with. I was asked about my experience as a systems engineer, and then explained the type of product to be developed. Although my profile fit, an offer wasn't made, likely due to lack of experience in the pharma sector. Overall, the process was very professional.

The interview process started with a screening, then there was a virtual interview, and finally a group virtual interview. The whole thing took about 2-3 weeks, with roughly a week dedicated to each phase. Everyone I interacted with was very polite, and the process wasn't too challenging. I typically heard back about the next steps within 1-3 days after each interview.

The interviewer was great and answered all my questions. I barely had any time to ask questions myself. Honestly, this was probably the best interview I've had. I felt like I presented myself well, and the interviewer did an even better job explaining the company and what it offers, making sure I understood how things work.

The interview was super quick and had really basic questions, which made it hard to show my real interest and knowledge for the role. The conversation lacked depth and technical focus; at times, it felt like I was talking to anyone but a prepared recruiter. It needed structure, active listening, and space for the candidate to truly present themselves clearly and consistently.
