It was pretty straightforward. Be ready for common questions (google them for help!) and make sure to read up on the company. It’s good to be prepared to answer about strengths, weaknesses and a time you have succeeded at work.
- Why are you interested in working for this company?

I was supposed to have a phone interview with a recruiter, they said they would call me in a specific time range, but they never did. I emailed them asking to reschedule, and then later I saw I had a missed call from them almost half an hour after the interview window closed. They then emailed me saying I had missed my interview and needed to reschedule. They said my first email didn't go through because it was blocked. The email saying I missed the interview was from a 'no reply' address. This whole thing was super unprofessional, and they were really bad at communicating or letting me communicate with them, other than their link to reschedule.
- There were no questions because they didn't bother to communicate professionally.

Scheduling the interview was inconvenient as the earliest available slot was a week away. The interview itself was a phone call where the interviewer seemed to be reading from a script, with awkward pauses. It was hard to tell if my answers were understood due to a language barrier, and they didn't comprehend my questions either. It felt impersonal and unprofessional. Apparently, the position wasn't even open.
- Can you share an instance where...?
