Training Coordinator
I got an email from the recruiter with some options for dates and times to set up a call with her. We had the phone interview on time within a week. I felt like the recruiter hadn't actually read my resume.
- What makes you the right candidate for this position?
Training Coordinator
I had 3 video interviews for this role, which I thought was a bit much. They all talked about the position and the responsibilities involved. What I found most frustrating was that the HR person never got back to me to let me know if I got the job or not. It just seemed really unprofessional.
- What makes you stand out from other candidates?
Training Coordinator
The job was advertised online and they were looking for both people already working there and outside applicants. To get the job, you had to do an in-person chat with a manager on-site and then a phone call with the main boss for training in the division, who would be your manager. The interviews were scheduled pretty close together, just a few days apart.
