Risk Manager
The interview was very professional, with a clear explanation of the position, the candidate's roles and responsibilities, and the company's benefits and compensation. Specific salary and reporting details were provided.

Manager
Started with a casual but professional phone interview with a recruiter to chat about the job and make sure I was still interested. It went well, so I moved on to the next interview with the CDLP Trainer, covering both operations and quality. This chat focused on people management and crisis response, plus the usual HR stuff like 'tell me about yourself' and why I wanted the job. Things moved fast – less than 30 minutes after that, the recruiter called to set up the third interview with five people. For this one, I got a week to work on a case study, create a PowerPoint, write an executive summary, and then present it all. The presentation went fine, and I handled their follow-up questions about the case study as best I could. About a week after that, I got the offer.

- How do you manage people?
Assistant Manager
The interview process was supposed to be 4-6 weeks, but it ended up being 18 days which was great. It started with a phone interview with a recruiter, then another with management, followed by a face-to-face interview, and finished with a presentation of an executive summary. The presentation was supposed to be based on my experience, but it was based on a company scenario. This bothered me because it seemed like they were fishing for solutions to their current problems. On the day of the final interview/presentation, my property was damaged by someone from management. The presentation slides I submitted were altered during the presentation, which I'm sure was done on purpose to sabotage me, especially since my property was also damaged. It was extremely unprofessional and childish. I put a lot of unpaid time and energy into it, and they could have just cancelled if they weren't interested. Instead, they wasted both our time and company resources, and ruined my property. I was then lied to about the decision timeline, being told it would be two weeks, despite them saying they loved my ideas, energy, thoughtfulness, questions, and point of view. Then, I got a rejection letter the very next day. What bothers me most, besides the property damage, wasted time, stolen ideas, and the company not addressing it, is how the manager spoke about their current employees and the center's situation—very poorly and uncaringly. I thought I could help employees develop and grow, not just see the job as a stepping stone or a temporary gig. I'm a leader, not a micromanager or just a boss.
