Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Grifols.
Quality Specialist
The interview process was technical and conversational. The interviewers were pleasant and seemed invested in my success, offering chances to clarify or elaborate. They were open to discussing company culture and the day-to-day responsibilities of the role.
- Can you share an experience where you led a project and how you successfully engaged others to gain their commitment?
Quality Assurance Engineer
So the first interview was online and felt pretty chill. They started by telling me about the company and saying hello. Then they asked some standard interview questions. The next step is supposed to be another interview with a talent acquisition person, and then a third one with the hiring manager, which will be in person.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What motivated your interest in this role and our company?
- Could you share your reasons for remaining with your previous employer for an extended period?
QA Manager
The process was slow, messy, and never-ending. They showed very little interest in the process when they took six months to decide on a candidate. Too many interviews where they always repeated the same information. Inefficient process. It's not worth investing so much time.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
- What is your level of English?
