So the first interview was online and felt pretty chill. They started by telling me about the company and saying hello. Then they asked some standard interview questions. The next step is supposed to be another interview with a talent acquisition person, and then a third one with the hiring manager, which will be in person.

The process was slow, messy, and never-ending. They showed very little interest in the process when they took six months to decide on a candidate. Too many interviews where they always repeated the same information. Inefficient process. It's not worth investing so much time.
