Product Manager
I went through several rounds of interviews for this role, talking with many team members over about 4 months. The process ended with a reference check, which usually means a decision is near. But after my references were contacted, I got an automated rejection email with no feedback, after a long silence and no replies from HR. Asking for references is a big deal, as it uses professional reputation and should only happen when a company is almost ready to hire. Following that with a generic automated rejection shows poor hiring practices and disrespect for candidates' time and networks. Also, the job keeps getting reposted by the hiring manager and team members, which makes me wonder about their internal agreement and decision-making. Candidates should know that even progressing late in the process doesn't guarantee they are seriously considering hiring.
- Tell me about a situation where you had to launch a product feature without complete information. What steps did you take to reduce risk and get everyone on board?
Software Engineer
The process really made me think logically, which was great for clear thinking and solving problems. It was easy to get my ideas across, especially since they were cool with pseudocode, so I didn't have to stress about exact syntax. Also, the LLD and HLD discussions were super organized and in-depth. I got a really good grasp of the system, both architecturally and how it would be built, making the whole thing flow well and be easy to follow.

- Discuss High-Level Design (HLD).

Solution Consulting Manager
So, the process for this job was supposed to be a phone screen, then an assessment, then a meeting with the hiring manager, then with peers, and finally an executive. I had a pretty bad experience though. First, I had a phone screen with the recruiter, and they said I'd hear back about the assessment within 3 business days. The assessment seemed good and like it fit the role. But, I didn't hear anything for like 30 days, even after I followed up with the recruiter four times and she never replied. Then, when I finally did hear back, they said I was moving on to interview with the Director, who was the hiring manager. I tried to schedule it with a link they sent, but it was expired. I emailed the recruiter right away, like within 5 minutes, told her the link was broken and asked for a new one. No reply. I followed up for three weeks and still nothing. They've closed the job now and I'm still waiting to hear back. I even tried contacting the CHRO, and they didn't respond either. It was super confusing because they just stopped communicating. I thought maybe my assessment results weren't good, but then they said I passed. I get that someone else might be more qualified, but it's really unprofessional to say you're moving forward, give a broken link, and then just ghost you. It makes you wonder if they value a candidate's time, and if that's how they treat people during hiring, it makes me question how happy employees are there. You might want to think twice before putting your time into this company.

Customer Success Consultant
The interview process was really great. Everything was super organized and moved quickly. First, I had a chat with the recruiter, who was awesome at explaining the company and also learning about me. Then, I was given an assessment that took about 40 minutes to finish. Once they saw my results, they set up an interview with two of the hiring managers. Those went well, so they scheduled a final interview with the rest of the team. I really liked meeting the team because it gave me a good feel for the company's culture. The questions they asked were focused on customer success, and they also threw in some personal questions to get to know me better. They were all really laid-back and genuine, which I think is a fantastic sign about the culture. I got my offer literally the day after the final interview.
- Can you describe how you manage customer escalations?
- Share an instance when you faced an issue with a coworker.
- Which country would you visit if you had the chance to travel anywhere?
