The whole interview process spanned 13 weeks, from the initial call to the final panel interview. It involved a phone screening, a proctored test covering skills, IQ, and personality, two 1:1 interviews, and concluded with a mock sales presentation and panel interview. Unfortunately, after the 2-hour mock presentation/panel, HR never followed up or responded to my emails and voicemails. I was ghosted. After two weeks of silence, I figured no offer was coming, which was later confirmed when I messaged the panel interviewers on LinkedIn. This lack of communication is unacceptable and felt really disrespectful given the time I invested. It seems there's a major disconnect between recruiting and hiring managers, leading to a bad candidate experience.

Technical Behavioral Presentation Other

They started with an aptitude test, kind of like an IQ test, and a Briggs-Meyer style personality test. It's a pass/fail thing, and you gotta get through it before anything else. The interview was pretty standard, just going over your work history, why you left previous jobs, and what your successes were. They really emphasized the importance of high activity, which makes sense given that their deals are usually in the five-figure range. After a recruiter call and a sales manager phone interview, I had a panel presentation for the VPs, including folks from product, marketing, sales, and HR. They questioned parts of my presentation, mainly to see how I handle feedback, good or bad. The whole thing from start to finish took about 3 weeks, and they can get you on-boarded pretty fast.

First, there was a 30-minute initial screening which involved a proctored cognitive and personality assessment. Unfortunately, I got a form rejection email after completing the cognitive test. The test itself was pretty similar to standard IQ tests, you know, like figuring out the next shape in a sequence or identifying what doesn't fit. It had 50 questions to be completed in 15 minutes, with only 18 seconds allocated per question, and not answering didn't count against you. Honestly, I really hope they reconsider how they use these tests because I can't see how they'd predict success in sales or new business revenue generation. It felt really old-fashioned and honestly lowered my opinion of the employer brand after going through it.
