They sent me a test to answer, which involved writing, a spreadsheet, and calculations. After that, I had to get a bunch of vaccinations, including for COVID-19. I had an interview at a company in Cabo de Santo Agostinho - PE. I was told I got the job and would be waiting to sign the contract and start working... But that call NEVER HAPPENED! I spent money on travel for this and that to start working, all for nothing. I thank God, because everything happens for a reason.

Therefore, preparation, organization, and confidence are crucial to start a conversation that could lead to good results and professional connections.

I applied for this program through 99jobs. It was quite a long process. I had my first interview in early December with HR, and it was very relaxed, with questions about my journey, my background, and what I enjoy doing. The next stage was an interview with the manager in mid-January. The manager explained the area, answered my questions, asked if I'd like to be part of the team, about my background, and why I applied for this role – all very relaxed and dynamic questions. Within a week, I received feedback that another manager wanted to meet me and scheduled an interview for the next business day. That interview was also very relaxed, with questions similar to those from the previous interviews with the manager and HR. The very next day, I got feedback via WhatsApp that I had passed the role, which was then formalized by email. All three interviews were very relaxed, the people were super friendly and interested in listening, and the questions were relevant to the role. I believe it's a good process.

I had the interview with HR and it was very smooth. Then I took some tests and they scheduled an interview. On the Gupy website, I was moved to the final stage, which indicated that the recruiter would contact me to make an offer. They scheduled another chat, but it was just the third interview. It's been over a month since I applied for the job and over 15 days since the last interview, and I'm still waiting for a response. I'd like to get feedback, even if it's negative. After all, it was a long selection process, and it would be only fair to give more information to the candidate.
