The process was very dynamic, relaxed, and fast. The managers were friendly and attentive. The process was very dynamic and practical because it was all online via Microsoft Teams.

It's easy and not complicated, just speak well and be objective. It's not a good place to work because of the people already there, but it's worth it for the benefits.
- Do you have a problem working on weekends?

It was a relaxed process, they explained about the company and benefits. There was a simple Portuguese and Math test, followed by an individual interview. The process is a bit slow because there are many people. Those who didn't do well on the test were eliminated, and only those who passed moved on to the second stage, which was the individual interview.
