The interview process included a chat with HR and then a meeting with the managers. The HR interview was pleasant and empathetic, but the conversation with the managers and the work environment I observed at the time was terrible. I decided not to proceed with the hiring at that time because of this.

It was a group interview with 3 interviewers. Each candidate introduced themselves and answered some questions, focusing on emotional preparedness and conscious answers. Then there was a group dynamic activity and a drawing about their career, showing their past and current situation. During the group dynamic, we were observed through a mirror on the side of the room.
