It was really chill and they make you feel comfortable in the group interview. The process is resume review, a questionnaire with situational questions and what you would do in those situations, and then the interview.

We were told to wait for the start time, sitting on some sofas. Before that, we had to fill out a form. We'd taken an online test days before to get selected. After filling out the form, we were given an essay to write on 'my professional perspectives', with 30 minutes to complete it. Then, there was a group dynamic activity with 3 people per group: a salesperson, a client, and a manager. Each group got a different type of client (e.g., grumpy, impatient, indecisive). We had to choose a product, and based on the client's type, the salesperson and manager had to resolve the issue with the client. After that, we gave feedback on the dynamic experience. Then the recruiter corrected the essays and asked everyone oral questions about their residence, nearest 'extra' (possibly meaning extracurricular activity or work), and availability. Finally, she announced the names of those who didn't pass (I didn't pass either), but those who remained likely got the job.
