First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GP Strategies.
Executive Assistant
The interview process wasn't super easy, but it felt worthwhile. The first step was a chat with HR for basic introductions and exchanging some details. It was a pleasant conversation overall. However, I decided not to proceed after this initial HR contact because the role didn't align with my industry focus. The HR person on the call was nice and the chat was laid-back.

Learning Specialist
GP Strategies has a really straightforward and efficient interview process. You apply, and if they like your application, a recruiter will reach out for a brief chat, usually under 20 minutes, to ask a few questions. If the recruiter is happy with your answers, you'll then move on to an interview with the hiring manager. There aren't a lot of technical questions; they're more focused on whether you can do the job. It's just two stages, and you're done.
- Can you introduce yourself and tell us about your background and experience?
Learning Administrator
This was one of the quickest and most efficient processes I've been through. I went through 2 rounds; I didn't pass the first and was informed the next day. For the second, the company called me to participate in an interview with the department coordinator. The interview was like a chat, the job functions were very clear, without any sugarcoating, which prepared me for the role's challenges. I got the answer the same day. The first interview, with the TA, was brief, about 30 minutes, with 5 minutes in English.
- What did you think would be challenging for you in this role?
Graphic Design Analyst
