The interview process was pretty straightforward, with three main stages. It took a bit longer than expected to get the offer letter, and the onboarding part was kinda tedious. They did a good job explaining the job description though. The questions were mostly about what the day-to-day tasks would involve.

The process was quite obscure and lengthy, entirely conducted via email. I received a take-home assignment with a deadline of less than a day, which included a scenario-based question and a project to be created in CPTX or Articulate. Although I didn't get a confirmation that my submission was received, a few days later I was invited for an interview. The interview itself was relaxed and quite light.

The HR team had been stringing me along for about a year, saying they'd offer me a job, then having me talk to a project team, saying I was a good fit, but then not giving me an offer with no explanation. This time, they finally made an offer, and even though they knew upfront that I wanted $50+ per hour for part-time work without benefits, they put a measly $35 per hour in the offer letter. It's wild that a company would lowball its candidates like this. They clearly prioritize saving money over hiring quality workers. Honestly, I'm glad I didn't end up there. My advice: figure out your rate beforehand and be prepared to walk away if they offer less than you're worth!
