The recruiter was nice and quick. I almost skipped the interview due to bad reviews, but I went anyway. The office was empty and felt like a prison. They didn't offer me water, and it was a long walk from the station. The interviewers seemed much older but not very bright, including the manager, based on their profiles. They even got a question wrong about the firm's accreditation, which I knew was true. I didn't feel I'd learn anything or benefit from working there, it felt like a dead-end job like one I'd quit before. It didn't feel corporate at all, which is a step down from my previous global market leader firms. Maybe it's okay for a first job, but I didn't get the vibe of smart people around, and felt I'd regret it.

I was reached out to by HR by email from a really great woman who made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. We had a phone interview. Then, I went in for an in-person interview where I met three people. It was the whole team hierarchy, and two of them traveled from out of state. They were all incredibly nice and welcoming people. It was a really pleasant experience.
