People Business Partner
The interview process was good and offered a great challenge for experience and logic. I had one interview with a user and one with the HR head. It felt a bit dragging in energy, but the rest of the process was okay. The TA (Talent Acquisition) team was great at building experience and connection. However, the users seemed a bit rushed, even though they were exploring and interested in the experience.

Product Designer
Adding my two cents on the Gojek interview process so far. 💚 The Good: Overall, interviewing at Gojek has been a solid experience—neither a walk in the park nor a total brain-melter. The questions were challenging but fair (fingers crossed I answered them right!). I went through five interviews over one and a half months, with the fifth one being the final boss battle. ⏳ The Not-So-Good: The waiting time between interviews? Painfully long. But the real kicker? It’s been three weeks since the final interview, and—crickets. At this point, I’m assuming the answer is a no. The prolonged radio silence is the main reason why I’d rate the overall experience as just okay. I’ll update this review if I ever get a final response. Because, let’s be real—just like driver ratings matter, candidate feedback does too. 🚦

Associate Product Manager
I applied for this Associate Product Manager program, which is basically a Management Trainee for PM. The whole recruitment process involved CV screening and then interviews. The interviews were on-site, held at a university as part of a mass recruitment event (I did mine at ITB). It was broken down into 3 stages: initial assessment, initial interview, and final interview. All rounds were conducted entirely in English and were heavily focused on study case questions. They didn't really ask about or seem to care about previous experience; I think the outcome really hinges on how well you handle the study cases. The competition is super tough – I felt like I aced all the interviews but still didn't get the job.
- For the initial assessment, pick one Gojek product and tell us how you'd make it better.
- For the initial interview, first, do you have simple math questions? (There are 5 simple math calculation questions and you have to answer them directly)
- Next, market sizing: calculate the revenue of food delivery services in Bandung.
Data Scientist
The whole thing was supposed to be 5 rounds. First, I got a take-home task to fix a data pipeline for an ML model and boost its accuracy. It was pretty simple, and I explained my solution in simple terms. I passed that and went to the next stage, which was a recruiter screening. Standard stuff where they looked at my past experience to see if I was a good fit. Then came a technical interview with two junior folks who grilled me with questions about my resume and ML technical stuff. It was a bit tough, but I got through it. After that was a case study with two senior people, testing my practical ML knowledge and a Gojek business problem. I felt I nailed all the questions, but surprisingly, I didn't get called back for the final round, the bar raiser. The interviewers gave no indication I was doing poorly; they were positive about my answers. So, I'm not sure where I messed up. It was really disappointing that they didn't even bother to give me closure or feedback after all the effort I put in.
- Your ML model, once in production, is now showing degraded performance. Describe your approach to diagnosing and resolving this problem.
- How would you go about fixing a data pipeline to run an ML model and enhance its accuracy?
- Can you discuss your previous experience and how it aligns with this role?
