Sales Executive
I had all 5 rounds of interviews: First, a recruiter who was friendly and scheduled me to speak to the Regional VP. The Regional VP connected with me on LinkedIn prior to the chat and was very friendly, and scheduled me to speak with the District Manager (Hiring Manager). The District Manager was also very friendly and scheduled me to speak with the Partnership Manager. The Partnership Manager was lovely and scheduled me for the last interview, which was an introduction to the partner bank. She joined the call with 3 VPs from the Partner bank. They discussed start date towards the end of the chat. Then nothing. I emailed the Hiring Manager after a few days and she said that they were still interviewing and I would hear from the Regional VP soon. I emailed the recruiter after a week for an update and even said that if for some reason the role hadn't worked out I would be happy to discuss other roles. No reply. It's been 4 weeks now.
- Can you tell me about your background?
- I see you have experience with a competitor, can you tell me more about that?
Design Researcher
The interview process started off with an AI hirevue screening that was absolutely terrible to figure out. It required so many back and forth emails and calls to the recruiter who did not know how to support this faulty software, so it ended up taking way longer than it would to just talk to a real human. This process had a lengthy case study project, 4 rounds with various team members, and took over 15+ hours of my time to get ghosted for a month before finally getting a hold of them to find out I did not get the position. I even had an interview scheduled and canceled for no reason / no feedback. It was all very sketchy and unprofessional. When I did talk to the hiring manager, her and her team seemed great. This company just has a horribly designed interview process which is ironic to be working on a supposed human-centered design team. I regret going through the process.

Finance Manager
I was invited to the first interview and was not told that the second interview would include a test and a presentation to evaluate my presentation skills and understanding. If I had known about the second stage involving the presentation and test, I would not have agreed to the first interview. The hiring manager herself had less than impressive experience, and I would not agree to work under someone like that. Before I could withdraw my application, I received an email with negative feedback from the first interview, which I had not asked for. It was unprofessional.

Developer Support Specialist
The hiring journey had four parts. First, a quick 15-minute chat with the recruiter. Then, after we set a time, I talked with the project manager and director for 30 minutes. An hour later, the recruiter called back with good news about the second chat. That meant I moved on to a technical test to finish before the last interview. The final round was about an hour with two managers from different teams. The whole thing felt organized and they kept me in the loop. The questions they asked were good and they seemed genuinely interested in what I've done, which helped me show my skills and learn more about the job and what the company cares about.
