Project Manager
I went through a couple of rounds, starting with the Talent Acquisition Associate and then with the Project Management Director. I was completely ghosted and have never received any responses after that, even though I followed up a few times with the Talent Acquisition person. Horrible experience.
- How do you deal with stress?
- Tell me about a time you faced a challenging situation.
Project Manager
This was a 2-round interview process. They were more focused on the specific role requirements rather than general PM experience or industry standards. If you're an experienced PM, it shouldn't be too difficult to get through.
- Can you explain your approach to stakeholder management?
- Describe how you handle the overall scope of a project.
- What methods do you use for project mobilization?
Project Manager
The interview process was pretty fair. It had two main stages. The second stage involved a group of people from the team I'd be joining. This was great because I could ask specific questions to the individual contributors, not just the managers.
- Could you share your experience working within the payments industry?
