First, there was a phone interview, followed by a face-to-face interview. We discussed sales and sales processes. I was asked to pitch a product and share my knowledge of the industry. The second call focused more on my knowledge and understanding of the market.

It starts with an online interview where I had to answer some sales questions. Then there was a phone interview to discuss the role, and after that, a personality test. If I passed those, it was a face-to-face interview.

Behavioral

A recruiter reached out multiple times saying he was impressed with my linkedin even though I have no experience in finance. I gave in and agreed to an interview, since i am looking for a job and apparently this is an urgent hire. Once I agree he then says he is really busy until something like 10 business days and wants me to schedule on his site. I went ahead and scheduled, on the day of the interview he didn't call. Since I planned my schedule around it I email him asking if he is still calling and he says he got really busy and to reschedule on his site again. Don't waste your time with these cold recruiting processes
