Applied online through the company website. About a week later, I had a call with the recruiter for the role. They asked some basic questions and then told me more about the role and the team. The following week, I had a Teams call with the hiring manager where they asked some more formal questions. Then, later that week, before getting an offer, I went onsite to meet with two team members.

A hiring manager reached out and talked about shifts, pay, and when I could start. They said I'd get an email with interview details but I never did. I showed up anyway and the manager didn't know I was supposed to be there. After a walkthrough and some basic questions, I followed up a bunch but never heard back. It would've been nice to get a message saying the job was filled, but I guess not. Seeing other reviews, this seems pretty common for them.

I had two interviews. The interviewers seemed unsure if there would be a third round, and it felt like they didn't have a clear plan. Despite that, they were nice and chill and asked good questions. After getting a lot of positive feedback from both interviews, I was ghosted and eventually got an automated rejection email about a month later with no feedback. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. The company didn't seem very organized.

Applied online, then did some online assessments. After that, I was invited to Kilkenny for a full day of in-person interviews on November 15, 2023. They said I'd hear back in 2-3 weeks. It's now November 15, 2024, and after I left that day, everyone I had been talking to set up the interview just ghosted me. I've sent follow-up emails for the past year, but never got a reply. Obviously, I'm pretty annoyed, but considering I booked annual leave and paid for travel to Kilkenny myself, the least they could do is send a basic rejection email. The interview experience itself was okay, but if you're planning a long trip and taking a day off work, I'd probably suggest looking elsewhere.
