Applied online, then did some online assessments. After that, I was invited to Kilkenny for a full day of in-person interviews on November 15, 2023. They said I'd hear back in 2-3 weeks. It's now November 15, 2024, and after I left that day, everyone I had been talking to set up the interview just ghosted me. I've sent follow-up emails for the past year, but never got a reply. Obviously, I'm pretty annoyed, but considering I booked annual leave and paid for travel to Kilkenny myself, the least they could do is send a basic rejection email. The interview experience itself was okay, but if you're planning a long trip and taking a day off work, I'd probably suggest looking elsewhere.

So basically, it was 2 rounds. The first one was with the hiring manager and an HR person. Then the second one was with a team member and another HR colleague. It was a fair interview, questions were tough but answerable. They went through my CV, my previous job roles, and my college work, plus some soft skill questions.
