This was a humiliating process for a company that makes fake food. The leaders weren't prepared and seemed to make up questions as they went. They also shared that the company culture isn't healthy and people have been pushed out over the last year.

Systems Analyst
So, I was contacted by a recruiter from Aspira who thought I'd be a good fit for this role. Aspira actually put my profile forward and applied for me. The whole process ended up having 6 interviews. It started with a technical interview with the Hiring Manager from Aspira, focusing on my past experiences. Then there was an interview with the Hiring Manager at Glanbia. After that, I had a technical interview with a Manager. Next up were some aptitude and personality tests. Then, a joint interview with the CTO and HR lead, covering both behavioral and technical aspects. The final round was a live technical data modeling exercise.
- Could you plan and create a data model based on the provided comprehension?
Business Analyst
After applying on the website and answering some specific questions for the role, you'll do a psychometric assessment. Then, there are interviews, usually two on the same day. The first is about an hour with the team lead and a senior team member, and the second is a 30-minute chat with HR. If it goes well, you'll usually hear back either the same day or the next morning.
