I applied for the A&F Graduate Programme. After applying online, I was invited to a First Round Interview. I got five days notice and had to do an online assessment within 24 hours. The first interview was with two accountants and was about 20-25 minutes. The Second Round Interview was with one person and focused on me as a person, my interests, goals, and my understanding of Glanbia's global operations. It lasted about 35-40 minutes. I was told I'd hear back by the next day, which I did. The whole process was efficient and the interviewers were friendly. It's key to know Glanbia well, its global presence, and markets.

I applied back in October and had my interviews in November, getting an offer the very next day. Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable during the interviews. I got a great overview of the company and what the role involves. After that, I had two interviews with managers and HR. They also had a nice waiting area set up with other grads to chat with, which was really helpful. They even had Moojo milk and chocolate protein bars available! Overall, it was a great experience.
