It started with an application screening, then went through different interviews like phone, video, and in-person. There might also be some tests involved. Finally, there's an evaluation and then the final contact. The exact steps can differ depending on the company and the specific position.

The interview process to get into the Dev10 program had a few parts. First, there was a phone screening. Then, I had to finish a webdev course and project on my own. The last part was a group behavioral interview where we were put into random teams and had to come up with a product and business proposal.

You start with an informational session about Dev10. Then you take a logic test, needing a minimum score to advance. If you pass, there's a 1-on-1 behavioral interview. Passing that leads to a 2-week coding course (front-end dev/HTML/CSS/JS). If you pass the final project, you move to the final group interview. It was pretty straightforward, but I wish my recruiter was more up front the whole time. There were long periods of silence (a few weeks between finishing the course and getting invited to the group interview) and when there's a low acceptance rate (<5%) it's not something that I'd like to bet on when there are other job interviews. It happened to work for me, but I feel like more transparency would have made the whole process a lot less stressful.

I had 5 interviews. First, a recruiter call for basic info. Then, I interviewed with the regional VP, where we discussed the job in detail and covered my experience and situational questions. Next, I had a team interview with the fulfillment managers at the office, which went over expectations and the job, and they asked similar questions as before. After that, I interviewed with the branch/team manager, who asked the same questions but more situational ones. Lastly, I had a quick intro meeting with the CEO.
