I had 5 interviews. First, a recruiter call for basic info. Then, I interviewed with the regional VP, where we discussed the job in detail and covered my experience and situational questions. Next, I had a team interview with the fulfillment managers at the office, which went over expectations and the job, and they asked similar questions as before. After that, I interviewed with the branch/team manager, who asked the same questions but more situational ones. Lastly, I had a quick intro meeting with the CEO.

I had a phone call, and then they scheduled me for an in-person interview with three people. I met with two women and one gentleman. They were very picky about my words and rude. Later, I spoke with their boss, and they lied about my interview, saying things that weren't said. I think it was racial. I was already skeptical because of bad reviews, but I wanted to see for myself. I wouldn't recommend interviewing here for any position.

The process started with a phone call, followed by several in-person lunches with the team. After a background check, an offer was extended quickly. They asked a lot about my market knowledge, specific tech skills, how I deal with candidates, and my ability to juggle tasks. Everyone on the team was really nice and easy to talk to. They gave me good info on pay and benefits. I wouldn't have considered leaving my old job for just anything, and I could really see myself fitting in with this group.
