The interview process to get into the Dev10 program had a few parts. First, there was a phone screening. Then, I had to finish a webdev course and project on my own. The last part was a group behavioral interview where we were put into random teams and had to come up with a product and business proposal.

First, there's a phone interview with a recruiter, then some tests, and after that, a group interview. Depending on their decisions, the whole process could take anywhere from 3 to 12 months. If you get the job, there's a 3-month web development course included.

First they had this informational session to tell you about the business model. Then there was an aptitude test, which was just some easy logic questions. After that, a behavioral interview. Then an online assessment that required implementing a mini-game in 2 weeks, designed to see if people without a CS background could learn to code. The fifth round was a group interview where we had to discuss a situation like 'Island Survival' and make decisions. This was to test communication skills, and I didn't do well in it.
