I haven't been able to learn much about the interview process yet. All I know is they want to talk to me on the phone. I applied for three different junior BA jobs, and based on online reviews, it seems like the interview process is pretty easy to moderate. They seem to care more about personality and soft skills than technical skills, since they plan to train you on the technical stuff.

I had two phone interviews and two Skype interviews with 3 people in total since I live in a different state. They were thorough but easygoing. Overall it was a great experience, except one interviewer who called randomly for my second interview after leaving me hanging for 5 days, instead of scheduling it.
