Inside Sales Representative
It was a pretty thorough interview process with the usual questions. They usually have you interview with more than one person from the department you're applying for, to ensure the person they hire is a good fit for the team.
- Can you tell me about a time you had to help a difficult customer resolve an issue, and what steps did you take?
- How do you manage your daily tasks to avoid falling behind on your work?
- Describe a situation where you encountered a challenging customer and had to assist in resolving their problem. What actions did you take?
Finance Intern
I had a phone call with a recruiter on April 8th, 2025. She asked some basic questions, and I think it went pretty well. She said she'd get back to me by Friday, but I never heard anything. I sent an email asking for an update – no reply. I followed up again, and still nothing. I guess they decided to ghost me instead of sending a rejection. It's disappointing and unprofessional. It's just basic courtesy, and not hearing back feels like a waste of my time. Stuff like this really makes the company and its hiring process look bad.
- What do you know about this company?
Supply Chain
First there was a basic HR phone screening. Then I had an online interview with the hiring team. The last step was an onsite panel interview with people from different departments. It was pretty unorganized, people were late and didn't introduce themselves so I didn't know who they were or what department they represented. A few days later I got a job offer over the phone, and they said they'd send it in writing too. But then I never heard back from anyone and later got an automated email saying they moved on with other candidates. I'm glad I didn't get the job after that messy process and poor communication. Too many red flags.
- Tell me about how you would handle specific situations, using examples from your previous work.
- Can you share past experiences that demonstrate how you'd react in certain scenarios?
Software Developer
I applied online for an entry-level Software Developer job. A recruiter reached out the next day to set up an interview. An hour before, she messaged me saying the role was canceled and she'd update me if anything changed. The job posting was removed. A couple of weeks later, it was reposted, and I didn't hear back from her. I emailed her to check in, but got no response. I tried to reapply, but the system said I already had. I then used a different email to apply again, and the same recruiter contacted me for an interview. On the interview day, I was stood up with no prior or follow-up communication. I asked about rescheduling, but heard nothing. A contact inside the company connected me with a director. She admitted the recruiters were difficult to work with and scheduled an interview herself. I had a screening with her, followed by one with another director. She asked for my availability for an on-site interview. I provided it, but received no response. Two weeks later, I followed up with both directors, but still nothing. I'm appalled by this lack of professionalism and respect.
- Can you describe your experience with C and C++?
