I had two phone interviews, then a final round with three in-person interviews on the same day. I met with the hardware lead, firmware lead, and the manager. The interviews were great, and I had good discussions with the engineers. After that, I was told for weeks that a decision was still being made, and then I was ghosted by the hiring manager. The HR rep seemed on top of things before this happened, so it was surprising and very unprofessional.

I had two online screening interviews with the company recruiters first, and then an in-person technical interview at the South Portland office. During the in-person interview, I talked with various members of the team. Some of the chats were technical, while others were about my resume projects and past experience.

The interview process was pretty standard. Started with an HR phone call, then a technical phone interview, followed by an on-site interview. It seemed to go really well, I spent about 3 hours talking with different people every half hour. They mentioned I'd likely get an offer and also did a background check. However, after that, I heard nothing back from HR, and they stopped responding. It seems they are not interested in sponsorship. If you're interviewing, I'd suggest not wasting your time.
