My interview experience with Future PLC was really bad. The recruiter and team were not helpful and seemed unprepared, giving me almost no useful info about the job or company. Communication was bad, and I never got updates, making the whole thing confusing and annoying. It felt unprofessional and messy, so I'd tell others to watch out for the lack of openness and help when interviewing there.

So, the interview process has a few set steps to see if you're qualified, have the right experience, and would fit in. Usually, it starts with a recruiter call. Then, there's usually one or more technical or behavioral interviews. These might involve case studies, problem-solving tasks, or questions about specific situations. Sometimes, you might have to do assessments or give presentations. The last part is often a chat with senior people or your potential coworkers. They're looking at how you communicate, your professionalism, and if you align with the company's values.

My internal recruiter missed our scheduled interview twice. On the third attempt, she stated my salary expectations were too high for a legal grad role, which was confusing since I applied for a Marketing Manager position. It seemed like she hadn't paid attention at all. I declined to interview with the hiring manager because of this, even though they offered to increase the salary range to meet my expectations. This was my dream company, but the experience really put me off.

I went through two rounds of interviews. The first one was with the talent team and was pretty laid-back, mostly about my background, personality, and if I'd fit in with the company. The second round was with the Head of Finance, and it was more in-depth, focusing on my past work experiences and skills that are important for this job. Overall, it felt like a solid process, checking both how I'd fit culturally and my actual skills.
