Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Future.
Advertising Sales
It was a long process. Started with an HR screening. Then, a 1-hour online interview with senior managers. After that, I had an in-person interview with the line manager, which also included a presentation. Finally, I spent a day at the office meeting my potential colleagues and asking questions.
- Prepare and deliver a presentation on a subject that you feel strongly about.
Marketing
There was an unreasonable wait for an update after the first call stage of the hiring process. I followed up with an email. The interviewer was on leave. I followed up with the contact on their out-of-office reply. A different colleague contacted me at a later date.
- Can you explain your motivation for this role?
Marketing Executive
I was first contacted by a recruiter, and then I had a formal interview with the hiring manager. Both interviews were great and made me feel very comfortable. They gave me a clear understanding of the job. It was also convenient that I received a link to book my interview slot myself.
- What makes you want to be considered for this role?
- How do your skills align with the requirements of this position?
