Had a first call (no video), then a second call with the hiring manager and Managing Editor on Google Meets, and a final call with the Global Brand Director on Google Meets. The whole thing went pretty smoothly and fast (just 10 days), and honestly, it was the best hiring experience I've had so far.

This is a review for an interview with a website owned by Future earlier this year. Before the interview, there was a short writing and editing test with a lead time of about 3 days that was fairly simple. Then, there was a video call interview with 3 managers at the company. They were well informed about my past work and were interested in my experience. Overall it was a good experience.

It was a super long interview process with lots of steps, including a project and a panel interview. They communicated really well, which was a plus. But honestly, it felt like we were doing free work because they were disorganized and asked for an organizational project that seemed like they just wanted ideas for internal use.
