Had an initial call then a behavioural interview. After that was a take-home task. The final stage was a technical interview where they really dug into the technicals. They might accuse you of using AI based on your answers, right or wrong. Not worth the insulting experience for a salary of just 45k.

First I spoke with the hiring manager about my background and a project I worked on. Then I spoke with a software engineer on the team. After that, I got a take-home assignment to build a scheduling api, which I was told to complete in 3 days. I submitted it but was quickly rejected, apparently because my product engineering background wasn't what they were looking for in platform engineering. It feels like my time was wasted since they didn't seem to look at my take-home, and I couldn't get any feedback.
