It was an online Teams chat with a series of questions and answers. They asked about scenarios and processes. We discussed what I contribute and what the company offers. We talked about this being a remote job that could become permanent.

The interview process was quick and simple. It started with a get-to-know-you chat with the recruiter to go over my resume. After that, there was a Zoom interview with an associate where they asked basic personality questions and why I wanted the role. If I passed that, the final interview was with someone in the position I'm applying for, and they asked pretty much the same things. The recruiter helped with the interviews and gave me a list of points to prepare for.

The interview process was very fast and easy, with quick feedback on the same day. The job description was read to me, followed by interview questions from my supervisor. There wasn't much interaction, but the questions were straightforward and required direct answers. I heard back from the recruiter about receiving a job offer just 2 hours later. I'm set to start training in 2 weeks.

The hiring process was quite smooth and professional overall. The recruiter was really good about communicating and keeping me in the loop. I got moved from the initial phone screen pretty quickly to talk with the hiring managers, which was great. Even though they decided not to move forward after that interview, I really appreciated how quickly they let me know and that I got actual closure, which doesn't always happen.
